TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES AND RETURNS


All prices are subject to change without notice, including “sale” prices.

COMPANY POLICY

Prior authorization is required to send back an item. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) will be issued provided an e-mail request is received within 5 DAYS of the delivery. This request should be made to service@BestHouseCatCare.com. Please include the item number and reason. An RMA will be provided and must be written clearly on the box and be received by us within 5 DAYS of delivery. Please be sure to keep proof until you receive notification from us that the merchandise was received. NOTE: Send it as it was sent. Returning to a wrong address or without RMA code may cause delays and/or a smaller refund/credit.

NEW, UNOPENED MERCHANDISE

May be returned or exchanged for any reason. An RMA is needed (see above). The item must be received by us within 5 DAYS. You are responsible for the shopping costs and insurance. These costs are not refundable except if because of an error. There will be a refund for the price of the item minus a 25% restocking. Please be sure to keep proof until you receive notification from us that the merchandise was received.

OPENED MERCHANDISE

May not be sent back unless both packaging and merchandise are in new and resalable condition. The sent item must be received by us within 5 DAYS. You are responsible for the shopping costs and insurance. These costs are not refundable except if because of an error. Subject to approval and 25% restocking fee,there will be a refund issued. Please be sure to keep proof until you receive notification from us that the merchandise was received.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If damage is seen or suspected (carton torn, etc) while delivery person is present, open and check the merchandise. Make sure that the damage is documented on the receipt. Sometime the damage is concealed and will not be seen until the carton is opened. In either case, notify us right away by e-mail at order@BestHouseCatCare.com. We will send you information on what to do as soon as possible. The delivery company may want to examine or retrieve the merchandise prior to paying the claim so please do not discard the box or merchandise.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All warranty claims must be submitted to the manufacturer within the specified period. We will not issue refunds of exchange damaged/defective merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty service section.
